Q. I purchased one of your products at a retail store, catalog, or online. Who takes care of the warranty for returns or exchanges?
A. If you did not purchase our product directly from shopflipo.com, you must contact the store or web-site where the product was purchased for returns or exchanges. Otherwise, please review our return policy for products purchased directly from us.
Flameless Candles
Q. Why is my candle flickering or blinking on and off rapidly?
A. Batteries need replacement. Make sure you are installing brand new alkaline batteries.
Q. Why are my candle timers not functioning properly?
A. Batteries need replacement. Make sure you are installing brand new alkaline batteries.
Q. Why won’t my candle turn on at all or function properly even with new batteries installed?
A. Candle is probably defective. It will need to be replaced. We can replace it as long as it is returned within 30 days with our Return Authorization Form. Otherwise, customer will have to pay for a new one.
Pet Products
Q. Why won’t my Pet Blinker light up?
A. For the older style screw type blinkers, be sure the black washer is removed before screwing the blinker on completely. Also, try changing the batteries. If it is still not working it may need replacement.
For the new design push button blinkers, you also must remove the black washer and fully tighten the blinker barrel. Be sure you are pushing the button all the way to turn on and off. If, after battery replacement the blinker does not function, it may need replacement.
Q. The top of my Pet Blinker fell off and is lost. Can you replace that piece?
A. We cannot replace the piece, only the entire blinker itself. If the blinker was purchased from our company within 30 days, we can replace it at no charge. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a new one.
Q. When walking my dog, why does the pet blinker turn off and on?
A. The blinker button may be hitting the dog and in return turning off and on. Make sure the button is facing up when clipping it to the dog.
Q. What should I do if my Pet Bed Cover arrived and was torn?
A. If purchased within 30 days from our company we will send a replacement cover.
Q. Why won’t my Pet Bed frame stay locked?
A. Make sure the buttons are securely locked in the correct holes on the frame legs.
Q. What class of laser does the Laser pet Toy use?
A. The laser is a Class III. The wavelength is 650nm. The maximum power output is 5m W.
Solar Lighting
Q. Why won’t my Wind Chime light?
A. Try changing the battery. Make sure you install a brand new rechargeable alkaline battery. Also, make sure the item has been fully charged in direct sunlight for at least 8 hours. If it is still not working it may need replacement.
Q. One side of the battery compartment for the Wind Chime did not have the battery contacts that the battery presses against. Does another battery need to be installed?
A. The Solar Wind Chime only takes 1 battery. The same battery compartment for the wind chime is used in other solar products that require 2 batteries. For those products, the battery contacts for the 2nd battery are present. The wind chime only takes and functions properly with one rechargeable AA battery.
Q. Why won’t my Spot Light turn on?
A. Try changing the batteries. Make sure you install a brand new rechargeable alkaline battery. Also, make sure the item has been fully charged in direct sunlight for at least 8 hours. If it is still not working it may need replacement.
Q. Why won’t my Spot Light remote work?
A. Try changing the batteries located in the solar panel. Make sure you install a brand new alkaline battery. If it is still not working it may need replacement.
Q. Why will my Solar Tube or Strand Lights not turn on?
A. Try changing the battery located in the solar panel. Make sure you install a brand new rechargeable alkaline battery. Also, make sure the item has been fully charged in direct sunlight for at least 8 hours. If it is still not working it may need replacement.
Q. Is there a way to cut the Solar Tube or Strand Lights and attach them to another tube or strand? Can I remove lights for placement or decorating purposes?
A. The answer is, NO. Cutting, splicing or otherwise altering our solar rope or strand lights may cause personal injury in addition to not functioning properly or not at all. Any modification to these products immediately voids any warranty on the item.
Alarm Systems
Q. Why is my Door Alarm going off intermittently or not working at all?
A. Try changing the batteries. Make sure you install brand new alkaline batteries. If it is still not working it may need replacement.
Toys
Q. Are replacement parts available for the Quantum 300 RC Helicopter or can I get an exchange?
A. We no longer sell or support the Quantum 300 although we have an instructional video about the product on FlipoTV.
Q. Why won’t my crazy critter laugh or roll over?
A. Try changing the batteries. Make sure you install brand new alkaline batteries. If still not working, try to remove any hair that may be covering the Crazy Critters motion sensor.
Q. Why are my R/C Car and/or remote leaking fluid and smoking?
A. The batteries were probably installed incorrectly. We strongly suggest replacing the unit with a new one and installing the batteries correctly. Incorrect battery installation may also burn up the motor.
Q. Why will my R/C Car run, but not light up (or vice versa)?
A. Try changing the batteries. Make sure you install brand new alkaline batteries. If it still does not work, the remote or car itself may be defective. Try replacing the remote, if that doesn’t fix the problem then replace the car.
Q. What should I do if my R/C antenna broke off? (Do I need to replace just the antenna or the whole remote?
A. If the antenna is broken inside the remote and cannot be removed, then you need to replace the whole remote. Otherwise, try unscrewing the antenna from the remote to replace just the antenna. We sell replacement parts on our website for all RC cars. Make sure the megahertz on the back of the remote matches the broken one.
Q. Why is my R/C Cyber Flyer Helicopter not flying?
A. Make sure it is fully charged. A green light will display when it is charged. Replace batteries.

Q. Why isn’t my DVR pen working?
A. Make sure the pen is fully charged. A green light will display on the pen when it is charged. Replace batteries.
Fuze Necklace
Q. Why won’t my necklace light up?
A. Batteries may need replacement. Also, make sure you have the clasp in the correct position. Try rotating the clasp 180 degrees and clasping it closed.
