RETURN POLICY
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM is included with your order. Please fill out this form completely and then call our customer service line at 815-223-9942. A representative will guide you through the return process.
- All on-line purchases are final. Return of non-defective products are accepted solely at the discretion of Flipo Group, Ltd.
- Our Product Warranty is 30 days from the date of purchase; all defective products must be returned within 45 days of either the Invoice or the Shipping Date.
- Non-defective products returned opened or not in original packaging WILL NOT be accepted.
- Products returned damaged by the user WILL NOT be accepted. This includes stickers for UPC labels, pricing, or anything else that affects the re-sellable condition of the product.
- Returned products MUST INCLUDE AN RMA # which MUST be printed clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Cartons without an RMA # will be refused.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective product returns.
- Call Tags will only be issued if an order entry/shipping error occurred on our behalf.
- Your on-line account will be credited if your return is accepted. You may apply this credit toward future purchases. No checks, cash or credit card charge backs will be issued unless an order entry/shipping error occurred on our behalf.
