30 Day Limited Warranty

FLIPO GROUP warrants to the original purchaser, when used in North America only, that this product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies within 30 days of the original purchase with normal home use. This warranty does not apply for commercial use of this product. Use outside of North America is not covered by this warranty.
During the warranty period, we will at our option, repair or replace this product without charge, which shall be the consumer’s sole remedy.

This warranty does not cover installation, adjustments in the home, damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, fire or other acts of God, incorrect line voltage, damage to other equipment caused by improper installation, or unauthorized or improper modification. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

We do not currently ship to Europe or the UK. Our products are exclusively sold to QVC.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frame chosen, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.
All orders typically ship the next business day after your order has been placed (excluding weekends and holidays). If you choose an expedited shipping method other than ground service, please remember your order will not ship for 24 hours due to processing time.
Delivery Claims
Flipo Group does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Return & Refund Policy
Standard Return Policy:
If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*
Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of your receipt of the item. 
How to Return an Item:
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
Sending you a replacement product, replacement parts or accessories.
Or issuing a full refund to your credit card.
Flipo reserves the right to ask for defective goods to be destroyed rather than returned with a full credit card refund applied.
Non-defective Goods/Customer Remorse
For non-defective goods, a Return Authorization Form was included in your shipment. If you do not have it, download one here. Fill the form out completely and include it in your return package. Returned product sent without a completed Return Authorization Form will NOT receive a credit or refund.
Refund Policy
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of a Flipo error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges. If your return is the result of customer remorse, the refund will be for the product ONLY; transit costs both to and from the customer will not be credited.
You can expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of our receipt of your returned item(s). You will be notified via email with refund details – refunds will be applied to the method of payment used to make the purchase.
